Do you hire horses or offer riding lessons?
No, we don't have horses available for hire.
Do you offer day parking?
No, this isn't something we can accommodate.
How far is it to the beach?
Holme beach is just 5-7 mins walk away along a quiet single-track lane.
Do you allow camping/sleeping in vehicles?
We only take bookings for guests staying in our B&B rooms.
What’s included in the rooms?
Tea/coffee making facilities, TV, towels, toiletries, small fridge, hairdryer, bath (over bath shower), WiFi, bedding.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in all our room bookings. A traditional cooked breakfast is available plus continental options.
Do you cater to my dietary requirements?
We will always endeavour to cater to your specific requirements. Let us know ahead of your arrival and we'll make sure we have everything you need.
What is included in the stables booking?
A shavings bed, water buckets, muck-out tools and wheelbarrows. Booked on a DIY basis (no muck our service)
Do we need to bring hay?
We have hay and haylage available to buy by the bale, check with us for latest pricing.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs! Only our Double Courtyard Room and Gate House Suite are suitable for dogs. There is a £25 charge per dog.
Are there other hacking routes apart from the beach?
Absolutely, there are a number of inland routes available. Notably Courtyard Farm and Ringstead Downs. We can provide maps during your stay.
What are the check in and out times?
Check in is from 2pm. Check out from the room is 10am, from the paddocks, stables and parking area check out is 11am.
Can we arrive early/check out late?
We can occasionally accommodate check in from midday, this needs to be arranged prior to your arrival and is not always possible. There is a £25 charge. Unfortunately we're unable to offer late check-out.
What is your deposit policy?
50% of the total booking cost is due upon booking, the remaining balance is due 2 months before your check-in date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payments are non-refundable.
Can we use the kitchen facilities?
The kitchen is not available for guest use. There is a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in each room.
Can we have friends visit us while we’re staying at Home Farm Stables?
Yes, please make us aware in advance. Guests must leave the premises by 21:30.
